I don't know what "background" means or what state you're in "when
resizing". Care to attach a screenshot? Also, describe exactly what
happens and what you expected to happen and what you're doing then.

Bug description:
The Chromium browser does not redraw (refresh) the background (i.e.,
desktop) when resizing. This can be seen when making the browser
window smaller by dragging its corners. Seen on Chromium Version
33.0.1750.152 Ubuntu 12.04 (256984).
