I can confirm the bug on my system it is related to a compiz crash. A
crash report is attached but I had to mangle it a bit to remove the
>300MB of coredump.

Bug description:
  To reproduce:

  14.04
  1: Login to your main account.
  2: Switch user to guest session [without logging out].
  3: Switch user back to main account.

  4: Prompt: Password to log back in.
  5: Prompt: Password to unlock screen.

  Additional note: Step 5 happens regardless of whether "Lock" is
  deactivated in "Brightness & Lock"
