  Unity screen lock does not do PAM account management or refresh
  credentials

Bug description:
  The Unity screen lock only calls pam_authenticate() to unlock. It
  should also call pam_acct_mgmt() to do any account management
  requirements and pam_setcred(PAM_REINITIALIZE_CRED) to reinitialize
  any credentials
