Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox, gedit, LibreOffice or other program with GTK GUI
2. Press Save
3. In opened GtkFileChooserDialog press "Create Folder" and try to change 
keyboard layout.

Expected results:
1. Keyboard layout changed
2. You can enter desired name of a folder on desired keyboard layout
3. New folder in desired location is appeared in file tree.

Actual results:
* After keyboard layout change the desired folder disappears and is not created.


The aforementioned procedure works normally in Ubuntu 12.04, but does not work 
in Ubuntu 14.04.
Tested on Unity session.

Please fix this bug before Ubuntu 14.04 final release.
