Automatic splitting screens wrong with 2 different height screens
Status in “xserver-xorg-video-ati” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I have 1 screen with a resolution of 1600x1200, and another with a
resolution of 1920x1080.
Steps I did to create the bug:
1. Start a terminal window
2. Maximise it on the 1600x1200 screen
2. Move it to half of the 1920x1080 screen.
3. The bug should have created itself. The line with the cursor on it should
be off the screen, but it should still act as if it's there.
