Public bug reported:
Currently the following keyboard bindings are active by default
Shift+PgUp: Scroll up one screen
Shift+Ctrl+ArrowUp: Scroll up one line (learned this in question 32554)
Similar for PgDown and ArrowDown. This is obviously incoherent. I
suggest to make it Shift+$actionkey and drop the Shift+Ctrl+$actionkey
in all cases.
