  wi fi icon don`t display networks,just the triangle without "waves",
  but internet is fine,working

Status in “network-manager-applet” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  when i log to desktop wi fi icon is displayed in a form of triangle
  but without "waves", network is working, i can log in to internet it
  work`s fine, just the icon and network list is not displaying the way
  it should be...when i click on the icon the drop down menu show`s in
  *gray "device not managed" , VPN connection,enable Networking, Enable
  wi fi, Connection information and Edit connections are in white color
  (working ok)...
