Title:
volume of the center channel and subwoofer always 100% on creative
  x-fi 5.1

Status in “pulseaudio” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I have a creative x-fi titanium card configured in 5.1 surround mode.
a bug unresolved is remove "mute" the center channel and subwoofer via
alsamixer.

solved the above manually, I notice that in Kmix, center channel and
subwoofer are the maximum
and not for nothing, the volume level of these channels are not equal to the
rest.

  for example:

the 100% of the center channel and subwoofer has the same hearing
level, the other channels to 50%.

  kubuntu 14.04
