You have been subscribed to a public bug: I have the same problem as described in the "---Previous Report---". I set a remote login at https://uccs.landscape.canonical.com/ and then attempted many times to authenticate "Remote Login" at the startup screen with the same credentials that work to sign in to Ubuntu One - valid SSO credentials that is.
When I give up remote login an Ubuntu error report is initiated and I followed through with that auto bug report. Here is from the auto created bug report: ExecutablePath = /usr/bin/thin-client-config-agent ProCmdline = /usr/bin/python3/usr/bin/thin-client-config-agent [email protected] After reading the previous post at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/234282 I feel that the previous poster was brushed off unduly. ----------------------------- Previous Report ----------------------------- Summary: I am trying to use the RDP client integrated into the Ubuntu 13.04 login screen. After entering my email address and Ubuntu One password, the system fails to authenticate my credentials. I believe that instead of getting a credentials error that I should see a selection of Remote Login options. I do not think this is solved.. I am havin ghte same problem. Tripplechecked by credentials.. they do not work on my 13.10 login ** Affects: thin-client-config-agent (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: bot-comment -- Remote Login Fails To Authenticate Ubuntu 13.10 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1302120 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to thin-client-config-agent in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
