Title:
  Network Manager Icon Missing

Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The Network Manager Icon is miising from my bottom panel on Lubuntu
  14.04. The Network Manager is working OK and connecting to my Network
  its just that I am Unable to see what Networks are available.

  If I Login as a Guest the Network Manger Icon appears and you can
  access its information. When I log back out and go in uder my own
  profile it does not appear and generates the error uploaded through
  Apport.

  If I reboot the error is not encountered but the icon is missing but
  the network connection is working. This problem appeared straight
  after an earlier update today.
