Bug description:
Laptop with extra monitor connected via VGA.
Lock screen
The laptop screen blanks as expected.
The second monitor (sometimes) stays active, displaying the normal
desktop/applications
This is a regression in 13.10 - before then it was always fine
Marking as security vulnerability because when I lock screen I don't
want other people to see whats on my desktop
