pulseaudio version 1:1.1-0ubuntu15.4
Any time a VM is started in Virtual Box the pulseaudio on the real system
starts a udp stream outgoing on the network with an IP of 224.0.etc this locks
the router with the traffic and makes the incoming internet stop. Simply
ending the process for pulseaudio after the VM is started stops the stream but
any powerdown or starting of VMs triggers a new stream.
