Title:
[P5K Deluxe, Analog Devices AD1988B, Green Line Out, Rear] No sound at
  all

Status in “pulseaudio” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Tried to play both an audio recording and an mp4 clip and did not get any
audio out although the audio volume level is set, The vlc command (VLC media
player 2.0.8 Twoflower)reported " main interface error: no suitable interface
module" .
Did hear tones during the first audio test but not apparently on the test
series of tests.

I suspect the problem will probably be resolved on the next reboot. I
did try a 'sudo /etc/init.d/pulseaudio restart' but that did not fix
the lack of audio from vlc.

  Skype does work.
