Bug description:
After gutsy updates on 2007-09-18 compiz was disabled. When trying to
enable from System menu I get "Desktop effects could not be enabled."
Running an Intel 965 integrated graphics board. Compiz had been
running fine until today. When running glxinfo | grep direct I get
"direct rendering: yes."
