I have requested an export: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/82298314/launchpad-export.tar.gz This file contains 43 help documents.
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+source/software-center/+pots/software-center-doc lists 63 languages (I ran grep -c "+translate\"" /tmp/software-center-doc.html on the locally saved page) of which 7 have 0 translated strings, so the export should contain 56 - that's 13 more than it actually contains. Full translations to bs, el, hu, sl, vi are missing from the export, and these languages with more than 50% coverage too: nb, zh_HK, sk, lv, ms, lb, ro. ** Changed in: ubuntu-translations Status: New => Triaged ** Changed in: ubuntu-translations Importance: Undecided => Medium -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to software-center in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/869935 Title: Software Center help translations not provided Status in Ubuntu Translations: Triaged Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: Hi, while testing the latest version of Ubuntu for the upcoming release, I openend the help of Software Center in order to see if the translations provided were shipped. Even with all the latest langpacks installed, this is not happening, the help is still in English, even if the translations from the upstream development branch are complete. This is happening for my locale (Italian) with langpack installed in date 2011-10-07. We need confirmation from other languages too. Thank you for your attention. Ciao.
