Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install OS from Ubuntu Linux 8.04 CD and log to desktop.
2. Select "System"->"Preferences"->Screensaver".
3. Set the idle time, click "Activate screensaver when computer is idle" and
"Lock screen when screensaver is active".
4. Select a dynamic screensaver and keep the Screensaver setting dialog open.
After the system enter screensaver at the setting time, the screen flickers,
and password window is not complete.
