Bug description:
I am running Ubuntu 14.04 x64 deveklopment release fully updated to
12/31/13. When Rhythmbox is launched the volume slider is all the way
down so that the volume is off by default. The volume control does
work but it has to be moved up each time the application is used to
have sound.
