  Locale es_MX  doesn't have "t_fmt_ampm" and "am_pm" defined

Status in “langpack-locales” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: locales

  /usr/share/i18n/locales/es_MX lacks definition for am_pm and
  t_fmt_ampm.

  Same problem as in launchpad bug 38892.
