Well, unfortunately we can't do much... That's what happen when you
resize the svg file, and so probably the only solution would be for you
to provide a svg file with smaller native resolution.

  Since my laptop only has a display resolution of 1366x768 I like to gain more 
space 
  by scaling down using the new capabilities in display settings.
