Panning on nvida-304 does not work, screen corruption on
nvidia-331/334
Status in “nvidia-graphics-drivers” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
When enabling panning in nvidia settings manager, nothing happens.
When doing so in 311/334 panning works, but as soon as you move a
window in there, the screen gets corrupt.
This might be an nvidia bug obviously, not sure.
