Title:
AppArmor denials when logging out of guest session
Status in “lightdm” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
The fix for bug #1298611 was incomplete as far as AppArmor mediation
of signals. Specifically, when logging out of the guest session,
AppArmor is now denying kill signals to guest session processes:
apparmor="DENIED" operation="signal" profile="/usr/lib/lightdm
/lightdm-guest-session" pid=2746 comm="killall"
requested_mask="receive" denied_mask="receive" signal=kill
peer="unconfined"
The lightdm abstraction should allow guest session processes to
receive signals from unconfined processes.
