  sudo nautilus crashes when opening settings of a folder

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When opening Nautilus with sudo and right click on a folder to open
  its properties the properies window appears for half a seccond and
  then a popup appears:

  "Der Besitzer konnte nicht festgelegt werden.

  Leider konnte der Besitzer von >>incl<< nicht geändert werden: Der
  angegebene Besitzer >>Moritz Mair<< existiert nicht"

  As you see I'm using it in german.
