CID: 201206-11156 HP Pavilion 20 AIO
There is a scroll bar in "Brightness and Lock" applet, screen brightness
on this AIO could be adjusted with the open source driver, but not with
the proprietary fglrx-updates driver.
Steps:
1. Install 12.04.4, and the fglrx-updates proprietary driver
2. Boot to desktop, try to adjust brightness in "Brightness and Lock" applet
Expected result:
* Brightness can't be adjusted on this system
or
* Brightness control works fine
Actual result:
* There is a scroll bar in "Brightness and Lock" applet, when you try to adjust
it, you could scroll it freely but nothing happens.
The open-source driver would suffer from bug 1243621
I'm not sure if a brightness control issue should be considered as a blocker on
AIO, but I will still add those tags.
