I can not reproduce this, when I run:
$ software-center apt://unity-tweak-tool
it opens for me correctly.
Could you please run the command above in a terminal and paste the
output here right after it crashed?

Bug description:
When i tried to open a apt url(apt://unity-tweak-tool) from google-
chrome browser, software center started and crash immediately. When i
manually open software center from dash or launcher then it's works
fine.
