Title:
  unity-control-center datetime ignores "time in auto-detected location"
  setting

Status in “unity-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ubuntu considers the setting enabled, regardless of what is set.
  I have verified in dconf-editor that the option is set properly.

  com.canonical.indicator.datetime -> show-auto-detected-location
