The issue is that the ibus gsettings schemas is used in the code which
creates a depends. If somebody wants to work on making the code more
flexible, and handle ibus not being installed, we would be happy to take
those changes and lower the depends to a recommends

Bug description:
There are multiple reasons for ibus to be removed from depends (it's already
in recommends)
* not all users require use input method
* most Chinese users prefer use fcitx instead of ibus
* ibus causes problems sometime if installed along with fcitx
* ibus break keyboard input on remote X/NX sessions from OSX's Xquartz
