clipboard transfer from remote->host does not work if host clipboard
is empty

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce problem:
1. start with fresh desktop login
2. open remote RDP connection to Windows 7 32-bit machine (I used client
resolution, Color Depth 32, Quality Poor, Sound off, Security Negotiate, w/
"disable clipboard sync" turned OFF). Remote machine was on local LAN.
3. Copy cells from Microsoft Excel on remote machine to text file in any
application on the Ubuntu host that accepts a text paste from clipboard (two
I've tested is Google Chrome and Sublime Text 3).
4. Attempt to paste into mentioned application on the host.
5. Result will be nothing is pasted.
6. Select any text in either application on host and copy to host clipboard
(this adds data to the otherwise empty host clipboard).
7. Go back to remote desktop and re-copy the same cells from Microsoft Excel
onto the clipboard on the remote.
8. Go back to the host and attempt to paste the cells in an application on
the host.
9. The result will be the text is pasted correctly.
I'm not sure if this is a Remmina problem, a problem with the RDP
plugin, or compatibility issue w/ the daemon that manages the host
clipboard in Ubuntu. If you need me to gather additional data I will
be happy to.

Incidentally, running "xfreerdp --plugin cliprdr -u <username>
<machinename>" from the command line does not seem to exhibit this
behavior, using freerdp-x11-1.0.2-1ubuntu1 .
