fglrx-experimental-13 : 2:13.300-0ubuntu0.0.1

Only fglrx - 2:13.101-0ubuntu0.0.1 still affected, therefore I will mark this 
bug as fix-released.
For those who is affected, please try fglrx-updates / fglrx-experimental-13

  ubuntu 12.04.3 with fglrx proprietary driver

  steps to reproduce:
  1. install 12.04.3 on the machine
  2. use the "System Settings" icon to launch the "Brightness and Lock" control
  3. adjust the brightness bar, make sure the brightness could be controlled 
well.
  4. use jocky to install fglrx(post update release) (you may use terminal 
command "jockey-gtk")
  5. adjust the brightness bar as step 3

  Expect result:
  the brightness could be controlled

  Actual result:
  the brightness did not change
