Title:
udisksd reporting errors every 10 minutes

Status in “udisks2” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Since upgrading to Kubuntu 14.04 yesterday, I get the following errors
  every 10 minutes in /var/log/syslog:

  Apr 28 10:54:53 allhats2 udisksd[4315]: Error performing housekeeping for
drive /org/freedesktop/UDis
  ks2/drives/ST32000542AS_6XW0DAN2: Error updating SMART data:
sk_disk_check_sleep_mode: Operation not
  supported (udisks-error-quark, 0)
  Apr 28 10:54:53 allhats2 udisksd[4315]: Error performing housekeeping for
drive /org/freedesktop/UDisks2/drives/ST2000DM001_1CH164_Z1E380WW: Error
updating SMART data: sk_disk_check_sleep_mode: Operation not supported
(udisks-error-quark, 0)

The two drives in question are both external USB drives. Doing
"smartctl -a" on those two drives shows normal results and doesn't
  trigger the same error.
