As it's a virtual machine (VirtualBox 4.3.10), I can't do that. I
through that ubuntu-bug would mention the computer was virtualized.

Is there a way to do the same in command line, as the computer isn't 
locked ?

Bug description:
  In lightdm , the shutdown menu in the indicator-session show an
  irrelevant windows with no choice. Moreover the computer does not
  shutdown
