1) Pretty much for the bug of "shortcut" I went to change the settings in system setup, keyboard shortcuts, audio, and media and I changed the shortcuts in the Volume Down button lowers audio volume to F11, then I changed the shortcut volume up key and the F12 key and change succeeded! after I tried to get back with before and I returned the keys F11 and F12 in previous years but no longer worked ... after a request to the forum recommended me a command and is back to normal, then I have not changed keys. 2) I just wanted to come back as before and I did it with the command "gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.settings- daemon.plugins.media-keys" 3) I have succeeded with the command gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys
