I installed 14.04 and this is not an issue, ubuntu-drivers and the GUI
option both work. I reverted to 13.10 to run this command.

Title:
ubuntu-drivers-common fails to find any Drivers for my graphics card
  (jockey-text does)

Status in “ubuntu-drivers-common” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Had this problem since I change motherboards recently, the system gui
and the terminal fail to find drivers to use with my system. On the
old motherboard this worked without issue.

I did have an Asus P8Z77-V Pro to an AsRock Z77 Extreme4 (same chipset
  and general features)

I see that jockey-common is an old package in 14.04 so I am stuck on
13.10 until I can use ubuntu-drivers-common to find my system drivers.

  'jockey-text -l' output:
  noki@grandslam:~$ jockey-text -l
  kmod:nvidia_319_updates - nvidia_319_updates (Proprietary, Enabled, Not in
use)
kmod:nvidia_304 - NVIDIA binary Xorg driver, kernel module and VDPAU library
(Proprietary, Disabled, Not in use)

library (Proprietary, Disabled, Not in use)
kmod:nvidia_319 - NVIDIA binary Xorg driver, kernel module and VDPAU library
(Proprietary, Disabled, Not in use)
  noki@grandslam:~$

  'ubuntu-drivers list' output:
  noki@grandslam:~$ ubuntu-drivers list

  noki@grandslam:~$

This all works fine on my second PC, and my laptop using the same
various version of Ubuntu (from 13 to 14)
