Title: [FFE] Add support for creating host route to MMS proxy Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: We need to add an extra feature to NetworkManager for MMS support on touch onto the ofono support we already have; that is to create a host route for the MessageProxy should it exist for the context that is being activated. This only affects users of NetworkManager with ofono installed; so is currently limited, on a standard install, to Touch images.
