Bug description:
* Impact: notifications are displayed when not needed
* Test case:
- start playing a song in rhythmbox
- click on "pause"
- close the player
-> no notification bubble should be displayed (before the fix one
stating "not playing" was shown)
* Regression potential: check that songs are correctly notified on e.g
track changes
