  Rhythmbox unnecessarily announces "Not Playing" when I close it.

Status in The Rhythmbox Music Management Application:
  Fix Released
Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed
Status in “rhythmbox” source package in Trusty:

Bug description:
  * Impact: notifications are displayed when not needed

  * Test case:
  - start playing a song in rhythmbox
  - click on "pause"
  - close the player

  -> no notification bubble should be displayed (before the fix one
  stating "not playing" was shown)

  * Regression potential: check that songs are correctly notified on e.g
  track changes
