Title:
Evolution only checks for new IMAP+ mail on start

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
This is new behaviour as of upgrade to Tahr. IMAP+ inbox summary
requests appear to only take place when evolution starts. Otherwise
they just hang. The note at the bottom reads, "Pinging IMAP server on
XXX.com". Other mail programs work fine with the same mail servers.
