Title: lightdm segfaults when trying to log in with NIS user Status in “lightdm” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Running ubuntu 14.04 LTS with lightdm 1.10.0-0ubuntu3 The system is configured to use NIS so has: passwd: files nis group: files nis shadow: files nis in /etc/nsswitch.conf.
