  impossible to turn off the bluetooth

Status in “gnome-bluetooth” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Turning OFF the bluetooth in the control panel has no effect and if i
  return to the control panel after setting it OFF, I find it
  automatically set to ON.
