Title:
Devices mounting in with Ubuntu GUI with nautilus
Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
1) I have installed and disinstalled several unix application for hard drive
managing. Now I find in my nautilus two Windows partition of which one is fake
and empty. From the command line I have verified with the command df -T and
this is the results:
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 Mar 4 10:24 ./
drwxr-xr-x 25 root root 4096 Feb 10 16:20 ../
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 13 Feb 14 14:35 .created_by_python-fstab
drwxrwxrwx 1 root root 4096 Dec 8 2011 System/
drwxrwxrwx 1 root root 16384 Mar 3 10:30 Windows/
So it seems everything correct.
How can I sort it out?
2) If I unmount my device from the GUI, the only way to remount them is
through the command line as root, how can I do through the GUI?
I am using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Any help or contribution will be highly
appreciated. Thanks very much.
