Was that phone abruptly rebooted just before getting the logs and
command output? Seems to me like it was working just fine for a while;
for instance, you're actually connected to wireless at:

May 19 09:38:59
May 19 11:45:54
May 19 13:42:54 ...

I don't see you ever connected to mobile data, but I also don't see in
the logs any indication as to why; it just looks like the modem never
had sufficient signal to connect.

Bug description:
  Just update mako to #37 (and also when I updated to #36) the wifi was
  disabled on first boot. It works after flipping the wifi switch in the
  network indicator, but by default it's off (it should be on IMO).
