That configuration dialog is deprecated in GNOME3 and Oneiric so closing
the bug, feel free to open new bugs about other issues you might find in
the new version though

Nautilus should open HTML page with the browser selected with
gnome-default-applications-properties.
I have selected epiphany but Nautilus use firefox.
