Title:
  sync ignores encoding filesize changes

Status in The Rhythmbox Music Management Application:
  Unknown
Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Using version 3.0.1 on Ubuntu 13.10 64bit

Rhythmbox refuses to acknowledge that local flac files get a lot smaller wen
encoded to 92bit/s ogg.
As a result it throws a warning message _WAY_ too early, informing me that
sync has not enough space.
Unfortunately that's why I can only use 1GB on my 8GB stick.

I see that guessing the final file size before encoding isn't
accurate, but at least let me override the warning or let Rhythmbox do
  some more accurate calculations.
