Title:
gnome-appearance-properties doesn't properly change window border

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  gnome-control-center 1:2.30.1-1ubuntu1, 1:2.30.1-1ubuntu2, Ubuntu Maverick
  compiz 1:0.8.6-0ubuntu4

Theme switching is broken because the Window Border no longer changes.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Select a theme
  2. Notice that the Window Border has not changed and the Custom theme is now
highlighted

The bug occurs in maverick (the second time). dpkg --configure -a
doesn't change anything, nor does resetting gnome settings.
