That configuration dialog is deprecated in GNOME3 and Oneiric so closing
the bug, feel free to open new bugs about other issues you might find
though

  Unable to select proper theme color using eyedropper

  Steps to reproduce this bug:
  1) Open Appearance Preferences
  2) Select Theme tab
  3) Customize a theme
  4) Color Tab --> Pick any color using eyedropper
  5) The selected color is always black irrespective of the chosen color;
