On startup the volume settings are not correctly restored
Status in “pulseaudio” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Whenever I start my pc the sound indicator show the volume I had, when
I shutdown the PC. But the actual volume is at maximum.
When I increase the volume by pressing volume up button, the sound
volume jump to the new volume setting. But in the end the volume is
decreased.
The bug is reproducible on every restart.
My TV is connected over a HDMI cable to my pc.
