Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 14.04 file-roller shows files with German Umlaute with bad characters
e.g. "Pr├╝fProgramm.class" instead "PrüfProgramm.class".
When I try to rename such file manually, I get the error message "Beim
Umbenennen der Dateien ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.", English: "An error
occurred while renaming of files.".
I attach the possibly corrupted archive, which was created more than 10 years
ago with Java JAR-Packager on a german Windows system. The bad named files are
in path de/DMS/KVB/KomPruefStand/.

** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "KomPruefStand.jar"
