rhythmbox suffle button on button bar not working

Bug description:
I created a play list. selected it. clicked the shuffle ("random
order") button on button bar. Songs played in sequential order.
Clicked shuffle while playing -- didn't work. However, right
clicking and choosing "shuffle queue" of pop-up menu worked fine.
