This can be fixed in either libgphoto2 itself
(https://sourceforge.net/p/gphoto/bugs/974/) or in gvfs
(https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=728205). For SRUing, adding
back an udev rule for generic PTP support is definitively the easiest
thing.

Bug description:
I have a Canon Powershot A3200 camera. It works perfectly on 12.04,
pops right up when I plug it in. However on 14.04 nothing happens.

lsusb outputs shows that the camera is detected, with the right model.
