Title:
Wifi notification area icon don't respond immediately

Status in “network-manager-applet” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When I connecting to wifi icon is animating but when it find access
point it change to No connecting it take a while, and then it got the
icon that indicate how strong the connection is.

It's little annoying because it look the same no matter if it's
connected or stop trying. I got no connection icon for both cases
(when it's connected it got right icon but not right away).

It was working correctly, don't remember when this issue appear.

  I'm using Xubuntu 13.10 64bit. And my icon Theme Clarity[1]. Didn't
  know which package it was.
