I must apologies for the previous comments in this bug; it's not very
helpful to ask for more information without providing instructions on
how to retrieve that information.
You should have a file ending in .crash under the /var/crash directory,
with the name of usb_modeswitch; something like:
_usr_sbin_usb_modeswitch.0.crash
So you'll want to file a new bug with that file, with the ubuntu-bug
command; something like:
sudo ubuntu-bug /var/crash/_usr_sbin_usb_modeswitch.0.crash
That command will open a new bug report with the details for the crash,
containing all the necessary information to solve the problem; so I'll
go ahead and close this bug report as "Invalid" since the above command
will open a new one automatically for you.

USB modesitch error
Status in “usb-modeswitch” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
The bug shows up as an error saying "System problem is detected" in
every startup. I don't know what causes it. Let me just add that I use
a dongle for connecting to the internet. But it is not inserted when I
startup. Also note that even if I delete the crash log from /var/crash
the error appears but only after a few startups.
