Problem in opening csv file in Libreoffice Calc

Bug description:
When I open any csv file in LibreCalc on ubuntu 11.04, sometimes it
opens, sometimes it opens the file in a another workspace and
sometimes the file ndoesnt open at all but i am redirected to another
workspace.
